Enriched wheat flour or wheat flour would be examples of wheat flour without "whole" in front of it. People often get confused.

I am not a vegetarian and if you want to post some benefits that is fine with me.

I personally don't believe pork to be a very healthy meat and don't eat it.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen anything but "Whole Wheat Flour", which is definitely healthier than white flour but also has a shorter shelf life.

You can add bananas to the healthy fruit list, and it doesn't matter if they're organic or not (you're eating the fruit, not the peel!). I would also add a note about the benefits of farm-raised chickens, farm-raised pigs, and grass-fed beef. But, it sounds like my may be a vegetarian :)
