I "turned off" many years back from the media. Yes, I still look at the news here and there. But for the most part, all you get is negative info that I found weighted me down. With all this infomation, one must learn to read between the lines. The good of this world far exceeds the bad, but it somehow doesn't sell newspapers, advertising, and the like. When someone or some group is truly making a logical change for the better of this country and world, I am all ears. I agree with you. I “turned off” many years back from the media.
