If you are not already aware I thought I should let you know that propaganda is everywhere. News, TV Shows, Movies.
Here are a few examples:
One of the reasons Ron Paul didn’t have a fair shot at becoming president is the following question on electability. I believe the public was deliberately trained to believe that Ron Paul had no chance. When people believe this about a candidate they no longer consider voting for him because they believe they would be throwing away their vote.
Climate Change (formally global warming)
It is being drilled in our heads that global warming is a real threat and it caused by carbon dioxide and that “the debate is over” and we all need to “reduce our carbon footprint” to save the planet.
I believe this is being done in order to bring in carbon based taxes and that climate change is caused primarily by sunspots.
Vaccinations (for children)
Whether or not vaccinations are safe and effective or unsafe and ineffective is, in my opinion, very debatable. I was watching the show House M.d. the other day and a women came in (hippie organic type) with a sick infant and House (who is always right) comes in and asks if she has had her vaccinations. She says no because she doesn’t want to add to the profits of the drug companies.
House then comes back with a witty argument for how she is wrong and foolish and the unsuspecting audience would yet again be sent another subtle message: “if you don’t vaccinate you child you are foolish”. Keep in mind this is not a scientific debate but a fictional show.
It should also be noted that when you watch TV your mind becomes more suggestable, or so I’ve heard.

Propaganda is everywhere
Sir, as a pro-life conservative, I would have voted for Ron Paul except – Character Matters – and the fast and loose way he played with “conspiracy” theorists hawking the crap about NAU etc…made me sick. If you claim to tell the truth….you have to tell the truth about everything, or you are as much of a liar as the rest of them.

I believe he does speak honestly. Someone can be honest and sincere and still be wrong.
Just because something is dubbed conspiracy by the main stream doesn’t mean that it is not true. In regards to 911 being an inside job I have heard Ron Paul say that he doesn’t believe it was but supports another investigation. He was asked this on an alternative media show that does believe 911 was an inside job. My point being Ron Paul doesn’t play to the crowd.

Mr. Paul, forgive me if I am wrong on this issue, but were you involved in the voting that took place to have senators like yourself a paycheck (even if you only win one term) for the rest of your life’s for holding that office? Also, were you involved in the vote?: that allows you to keep running for office, even after 2 to 3 terms? Again, I could be incorrect in my questions, but has this always been like this?
Mr. Paul, I am a Republican. Before (up til I was 35yrs old), I was an independent. I chose this party for being the lesser of the two evils. I really blame all of the senate, all parties for this mess.
I would truly like an answer to my questions. Sir, you would have gotten my vote for President. Enough said.

Billie I hate to brake this to you but I seriously doubt Ron Paul reads my blog.

Got you, Dave. I was just ranting. Dave, do you know much about what I am asking?

I don’t know if he was involved in the vote but he is actually a state representative and not a senator. I believe he was for limiting the terms but I am not sure. Sorry I couldn’t be more help. I blame both parties as well but I believe there are a few like Ron Paul who vote on principle.

I will look into this and get back to you. Thanks, Dave.
