I believe he was for limiting the terms but I am not sure. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I blame both parties as well but I believe there are a few like Ron Paul who vote on principle. Someone can be honest and sincere and still be wrong. Just because something is dubbed conspiracy by the main stream doesn't mean that it is not true. In regards to 911 being an inside job I have heard Ron Paul say that he doesn't believe it was but supports another investigation. He was asked this on an alternative media show that does believe 911 was an inside job. My point being Ron Paul doesn't play to the crowd. This video might be of interest to you.
