Want Peter Schiff to run for Senate?  I sure do.  Donate here to increase the likeness that he will run.  If he doesn’t run he will give you money back.

Two people I trust and agree with in politics: Ron Paul and Peter Schiff.

Man just keeping up with your comments is a lot of work.

I watched the first 19 minutes. I agree that the system we have now is broken. I understand why private industry wouldn’t want a government option. The government doesn’t have to pay taxes like private and it doesn’t matter if they are operating at a loss because the tax payer picks up the tab.

How can private industry compete with that? It is still shameful for a corporation to deceive and pay lobbyists in order to change public opinion.

Watch Ron Paul talk about health care.

Well when you tax the rich you are taxing people that are productive. Also whatever the government doesn’t tax to pay for the public option will essentially be printed which creates prices to rise and hurts the middle and lower class. The Inflation tax as it has been called.

It’s hard to argue with the rest of what you said. The system we have now is unfair and distorted. I don’t think we should have an income tax at all and that government should be much smaller and that inflating the money supply should be illegal.

I don’t think we should be putting money into private institutions either. Government distorts markets in so many ways it’s ridiculous.

I enjoy discussing them too and I am no expert either. People that choose not to have insurance are taking a risk. In a free market with low government involvement and a fixed monetary supply would make prices affordable. Medical insurance should be for emergencies only like if I loose a leg or have a heart attack. Normal doctor appointments should be paid out of pocket. As Ron Paul said when a third party pays for the services then you end up paying the most.

From what I hear it takes a very long time to get an appointment with a specialist in other countries. Is this true or do you believe it is propaganda?

I suggest you read: Economocs in One Lesson to learn more about free market economics.
