Here is another video showing that we appear to be moving in the direction of a global currency. This is interesting to me because the Bible says you won’t be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast.
More and more power is being centralized on a global level. This appears to be a stepping stone towards what the Bible calls the “mark of the beast”.
The Iranian president calls on a regional economic body to abandon the US dollar in order to reduce the effects of the financial crisis.
In a Tuesday speech to a meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO)*, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the 10-member group of Asian nations could adopt a single currency instead of the US dollar to shield their financial systems from the negative impacts of the global economic crisis.
*ECO was originally founded by Iran, Pakistan and Turkey, but was later joined by the Central Asian states of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, as well as Azerbaijan and Afghanistan.
Lindsay Williams was a Chaplin to the oil rig executives in Alaska over a period of three years. In July of 2008 he received a call from one of the executives that he refers to as the “global elite”. During the phone call Lindsay was told the price of crude oil would be $50 a barrel and that “America will see a financial collapse so great that it will take years for it to come out of”. Well since the former has taken place just as he said, it would be wise to consider the latter may also come true.
Before reading the following article Lindsay said “if you want to know what it is going to look like in America look at Iceland” (Iceland filed bankruptcy 2-3 months ago).
Stunned Icelanders Struggle After Economy’s Fall
by Sarah Lyall, International Herald Tribune, France – Overnight, people lost their savings. Prices are soaring. Once-crowded restaurants are almost empty. Banks are rationing foreign currency, and companies are finding it dauntingly difficult to do business abroad. Inflation is at 16 percent and rising. People have stopped traveling overseas. The local currency, the krona, was 65 to the dollar a year ago; now it is 130. Companies are slashing salaries, reducing workers’ hours and, in some instances, embarking on mass layoffs.
In a recent survey, one-third of Icelanders said they would consider emigrating. Foreigners are already abandoning Iceland. One man arrived from Poland, he said, then realized how little the krona was worth and went home the next day.
Lindsay also gave a personal estimate of when we should expect this to happen: 6 to 9 months from now possibly 1 year.
Commenting on the much touted “International crisis” that luminaries such as Colin Powell, Joe Biden and Zbigniew Brzezinski have all guaranteed will occur within weeks of Obama entering the White House, the Congressman stated that he believes it may be a catalyst for a shift toward world government:
“I think it’s going to be an announcement of a new monetary order, and they’ll probably make it sound very limited, they’re not going to say this is world government, even though it is if you control the world’s money and you control the military, which they do indirectly.”
“A world central bank, worldwide regulation and world control of the whole system, of all the commodities and all the natural resources, what else can you call it other than world government?”
“Obama wouldn’t be there if he didn’t toe the line, and when the meeting starts on November 15th for the new monetary system, this could be the beginning of the end of what’s left of our national sovereignty.” Paul said, also warning that the global media are already hailing Obama as the world’s leader.
July 17th, 2008 – Ron Paul is “convinced the time is now upon us that some big events are about to occur” that will cause liberty to go “into deep hibernation”.
“These fast-approaching events will not go unnoticed. They will affect all of us. They will not be limited to just some areas of our country. The world economy and political system will share in the chaos about to be unleashed.”
“There are reasons to believe this coming crisis is different and bigger than the world has ever experienced. Instead of using globalism in a positive fashion, it’s been used to globalize all of the mistakes of the politicians, bureaucrats and central bankers.”
